How to become a host family and start hosting students in Bristol
Becoming a host family is very easy! The first thing you need to do is contacting us! Drop us an email or give us a call to get in touch.
One of our agents will contact you to ask you more details about the house, location, room etc. And they will also arrange a house visit.
House visit prior to becoming a host family in Bristol
As part of our promise, we guarantee that all our families are visited by a member of our staff on a yearly basis. This house visit is not an inspection but a way of finding out your preferences. You will also be asked questions about availability, pets, gas certificates etc. All to make sure both host families and students enjoy their stay!
UK Intern Development Programmes
At UK Intern Development, we work with the European programme for young people, Erasmus+. We provide students with the opportunity of doing a work placement in the UK. Students gain work experience whilst Bristol businesses benefit from an extra pair of hands!
Students normally come in groups and have a tutor from their country who they can turn to if need be. As part of our promise, our students are fully mentored, so if you have any issues or queries during their stay, you can always contact their assigned mentor.
